For work whose scope is not fixed up front, for maintenance and for consulting, we bill by the hour. Three tiers each for software and design; you know who does the work and what their hour costs before it starts. No hidden line items, and no hour beyond the estimate is billed without your written approval.
| Tier | Hourly rate |
|---|---|
| Software | |
| JuniorEveryday tasks | €35/ hour |
| Mid-LevelDevelopment | €60/ hour |
| SeniorIntegration & AI automation | €90/ hour |
| Design | |
| JuniorProduction work | €30/ hour |
| Mid-LevelDesign development | €55/ hour |
| SeniorBrand & art direction | €80/ hour |
Each tier exists for a specific kind of task: you never pay a senior rate for a simple fix, or a junior rate for an integration. We recommend the tier based on the brief; the decision stays with you.

Rates are starting rates and exclude VAT. The 2026 rate card is valid until 31 December 2026; the rate stated in a written quote stays fixed for the life of that quote. Invoices are issued in EUR, USD or GBP.
Pick a category and tier, then slide the estimated hours. Package discounts and the rush surcharge are applied automatically. The result is an approximate budget; the exact figure comes with a written quote.
Calculated with starting rates; VAT is added where applicable. From 10 hours upward the prepaid package discount is applied automatically.
Request a quote for this budgetHourly billing has a bad reputation because of uncertainty. We remove the uncertainty before the first hour.
We listen to the brief and send the estimated hours and tier in writing. The clock does not start until you approve.
The first charge is 1 hour; after that time is counted in 30-minute increments, not rounded up to the hour.
Every week you see line by line which task took how many hours. The report arrives by e-mail or in your CRM.
If the estimate is about to be exceeded, work pauses and we write to you. You decide whether to continue; no unapproved hour is invoiced.
For companies with ongoing maintenance, continuous development or monthly design needs. Package hours are valid for 12 months and can be used across categories and tiers.
A starter package for small teams and websites that need a few fixes a month.
For companies with continuous small development and regular social media production.
For integration projects, CRM development or full monthly design support.
We do both. When the scope is clear, a fixed price is fairer; when the scope takes shape along the way, hourly works out cheaper.
You do not yet know exactly what you will need, or the work is continuous.
What you want can be written down, so we lock the budget from day one.
We recommend it after hearing the brief, with the reasoning. Changing website copy is junior work; connecting that website to an accounting system is senior work. If one job spans several tiers, the hours are recorded separately and shown separately in the report.
It is the lowest hourly rate of that tier and what you pay for work that needs no special technology, night work or rush handling. If a different rate applies, you see it in the written quote before work starts; there are no later increases.
Start and end times are logged for every task and shown line by line in the weekly report. The first charge is 1 hour, then 30-minute increments. Meetings and messaging count only when they are needed for the work and agreed in advance.
Work pauses and we write to you: why it went over and how many more hours are needed. You decide whether to continue. No hour you did not approve is invoiced, and the work done so far is delivered.
No, all rates exclude VAT. For clients outside Turkey, invoices are issued in EUR, USD or GBP and VAT is applied only where the law requires it. The Turkish page shows the domestic rate card in Turkish lira.
Yes. Single jobs are billed by the hour at the end of the month. Packages are an option that lowers the hourly rate for companies with regular work; they are not required.
The 2026 rate card is valid until 31 December 2026. Written quotes stay fixed for their stated period even if the rate card changes. The next year's rates are published on this page.
In a short call we tell you in writing which tier the work falls into and how many hours it should take. Free, no commitment.
